UpCycle is recruiting new members to join our Board of Directors. We are seeking community leaders, professionals, and changemakers who are passionate about creativity, sustainability and strengthening local impact.
The Board meets monthly and plays a critical role in shaping UpCycle’s future by guiding strategy, ensuring financial health and advancing our mission. Board members contribute their time, expertise and networks to help build a thriving, creative and sustainable community resource. We welcome individuals who are excited not only to govern, but to actively help UpCycle grow and thrive.

We are especially seeking candidates with experience in:
- Fundraising and donor development
- Nonprofit law, compliance or governance
- Financial management or accounting
- Youth engagement or cross-sector partnerships
- HR or facilities
- Retail operations or earned revenue strategy
- Digital systems, customer experience or operations management
