UpCycle is a one-of-a-kind nonprofit located in Alexandria, Virginia. Your donation makes an impact on the local community because it enables UpCycle to provide our materials center and creative reuse programming to all.
So far this year, UpCycle has collected more than 35,000 pounds of materials for art, learning and business purposes that were destined for the waste stream. Then, we go to work redistributing it to the community.
UpCycle shares the joy of creative reuse with thousands of adults and children. We take our science and arts integrated lessons to classrooms, where students and their teachers discover that cast-offs like bottle caps, bread ties and fabric scraps are an inspiring resource for learning.
Donations are always appreciated and deductible as allowed by law.
